Meditation Class | Mondays 10-11 | Nov. 10 - Dec. 1

More and more, we are learning of the tremendous benefits of the age-old practice of meditation. For many people, quieting our minds is a real challenge. To guide us in that direction, Foothills' Faith Development Committee is offering free meditation classes for Foothills members and friends.

Foothills member Sandy Roos leads the class. A psychotherapist for over 25 years, Sandy says meditation is one of the most important tools she uses in her practice because “it helps us learn how to relax our nervous systems. We all carry so much tension and stress; meditation is a proven way to build in a sense of calm and well-being.”

We will be seated in chairs for this class. Wear comfortable clothing. No equipment is needed. No sign-up is needed. You don't have to commit to all four sessions - attend when it's convenient for you.
